We are seeking a competitive and self-motivated Field Service Supervisor who thrives in a performance-driven
environment to support the growth of our Cabinet Refacing division. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a

What you will do:
As the Field Service Supervisor, you will work closely with the Refacing division
manager, Field Service Professionals, Project Managers, and Office Support Staff to ensure our company
completes projects on time and within budget across multiple states. This position is based out of our
Barrington (New Jersey) office, but you will be expected to travel to various job sites 80%-90% of the
time. Job sites will be in NJ, PA, DE, NY, and MD.

Job Requirements:
● Experience in painting, carpentry, or cabinetry is highly desired.
● Prior experience in cabinet installation or refacing is a plus.
● Experience and knowledge in the use of power tools.
● Strong communication and interaction skills are required.
● Excellent organizational skills are required.
● Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, crouch, kneel, and perform repetitive motions.
● Possess and demonstrate good manual dexterity.
● Vision abilities required include color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
● Ability to lift and carry 1-50 pounds.
● Must possess a valid driver's license.
● Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Job Responsibilities:
● Support the Refacing Division Manager and Field Service Professionals (FSPs) daily as required.
● Supervise a team of Field Service Professionals.
● Supervise field productivity and quality.
● Travel to multiple customer sites daily to complete work orders, perform quality control checks,
and ensure customer satisfaction.
● Prepare, paint, and reface kitchen and vanity cabinets as needed.
● Manage and monitor inventory levels on fleet vehicles.
● Monitor team performance and identify improvement and training needs of FSPs.
● Train, develop, and coach FSPs as needed.
● Maintain all field duties and safety procedures. seeing that FSPs implement them.
● Hold regularly scheduled team meetings to discuss productivity, obstacles, and areas of
improvement.
● Foster collaboration among team members by establishing a dynamic, supportive atmosphere.
● Communicate any escalations and corrective actions to the Division Manager.
● Provide exceptional customer service and ensure quality assurance.
● Care for company vehicles, equipment, and inventory issued.
