This full-time, hybrid opportunity is based in in South Amboy, NJ, ideally located for candidates in central Jersey near Monmouth and Middlesex Counties, New Jersey. Assist in reviewing and preparing residential and commercial real estate contracts; respond to due diligence requests for acquisitions and other transactions
Support corporate legal functions, including entity formation, regulatory and corporate filings, and managing legal documentation
Coordinate with internal departments such as mortgage and title, and ensure all real estate and legal documentation is accurately maintained and tracked across internal systems
Prepare, organize, and maintain transaction files; assist with public company reporting and periodic filings
Provide general support to the legal department with correspondence, administrative matters, and collaboration across multiple regional business units
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 to 8+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, specializing in corporate and residential properties.
Proficiency in corporate paralegal tasks with a strong focus on real estate transactions.
Notary Public license required.
Knowledge of corporate law, governance, and regulatory filings in the real estate industry.
Experience with entity formation and due diligence processes.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
