We believe the rewards are worth the effort: a business you help shape, a supportive team you learn from, and the chance to have a sustainable impact in which you can truly be proud.Job DescriptionBlueTriton Brands is currently seeking an applicant for the F orklift Operator position located in the Somerset, NJ factory.CompensationPay: $21.45 / hourBenefits401(k) matching; dental insurance; flexible spending account; health insurance; life insurance; paid time off and holidays; vision insurance; short-term and long-term disability insurance; career stability and growth!Schedule6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Day ShiftAbility to work holidays and weekends per business needsKey responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Safely operating a forklift to accurately and efficiently movement all finished product from production to the warehouse or onto trucks for shipment to customers.Inspects full goods and raw materials and conducts hourly quality checks to ensure quality product is sent to customersMeet or exceed Warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accurately execute loading/unloading from pick tickets and line loading trailers when possiblePerform accurate bin transactions and inventory movements per SOPsWork as a team with production to ensure no line stoppages occurPerforms routine and preventive maintenance and equipment changeovers on palletizersSupports continuous improvement initiativesPerform loading or palletizing responsibilities as neededQualificationsKey qualifications include:High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experiencePrior forklift or heavy equipment experience Required with prior experience in manufacturing desiredExposure to warehouse inventory scannersBasic equipment maintenance preferredAbility to work self directed and with a teamSolid communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in a team based environmentAbility to interact with various internal contacts to manage the flow of workComputer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plusFocus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgencyAbility to lift/move 50 lbs and get up and down a forklift frequently throughout the dayAble to sit for long periods of time and drive backwards as neededBlueTriton Brands offers an extensive portfolio of highly recognizable, responsibly sourced and packaged spring water, purified water and water beverage brands that include Poland Spring®, Deer Park®, Ozarka®, Ice Mountain®, Zephyrhills®, Arrowhead®, Origin™, Saratoga®, AC+ION®, Pure Life®, B’EAU®, Splash Blast® and Splash Fizz®.
