Monitoring Ticketing system and completing requests within prescribed SLA

Installing hardware, servers, network equipment, building up server racks

Coordination for installing electrical power distribution unit

Installing components and side servers (memory swaps), and troubleshooting network.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, corporate policies and procedures including Information Protection (IP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, ISO, PCI, PHI, and NIST.

Work in partnership within Facility team to coordinate preventative maintenance on owned systems which support the data center

Qualifications:

Minimum (3) years’ experience within enterprise data center

Familiarity with servers - Virtual, blade and physical (VM Ware, Cisco UCS, HP 3Par)

Familiarity with network principles (Cisco)

Enterprise Data Center Experience

IT Troubleshooting

Communications skills able via email, phone, or instant messaging

Knowledge in data center information management

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary for this role is $70,000-$86,000.
