The product line includes facial cleansers and moisturizers, sun protection, acne, cosmetics, body moisturizers and washes, shampoo, and other hair and skincare products.Role reports to: Global Director, Brand ExperienceLocation: Skillman, NJ (Summit, NJ when new office opens)Travel %: 0-10%Pay: $97,000 to $166,750What you will doThe Neutrogena Marketing Operations Manager will support the global Neutrogena Marketing Director and larger global brand development team (BDT) in overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the global marketing department and in driving connectivity with the local marketing departments. This role involves coordinating marketing projects to ensure marketing initiatives are executed smoothly and efficiently across the Neutrogena brand. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, stellar project management skills, and a passion for marketing.Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

o Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and projects.o Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.o Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.o Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracker for all projects to ensure timely progress and completion.

Performance Analysis:

o Support the Global BDT team in tracking the performance of marketing campaigns and initiativeso Manage global creative roundtable meetings to share and scale marketing work amongst teams

Operations Coordination:

o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing department.o Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and status reports.o Ensure efficient workflow and communication within the team.

Internal Project management

o Liaise with Global BDT to ensure the timely development and delivery of marketing materials.

Team Support:

o Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondences to keep projects on track.o Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members on process and ways of working.

Asset Management:

o Collaborate with Global BDT teams to identify and manage the necessary assets to ensure efficiency

Project Organization:

o Create processes and maintain a "hot sheet" system to organize and track all ongoing projects.QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 8 years work history

A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.

Understand Project Management tools and ways of working

Strong understanding of marketing processes and technologies.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytic platforms).

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellence communication and collaboration abilities.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
