Assistant Controller

Description We are in the search for an Assistant Controller to join our team in the healthcare and social assistance industry located in Red Bank, New Jersey. In this role, you will have a direct report and will be working with Sage Intacct and Excel in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Use your expertise in Sage Intacct to manage and process financial data Handle ADP - Financial Services to streamline our financial operations Utilize Concur for managing expenses and invoices Leverage Crystal Reports for creating interactive and actionable content Adhere to DCAA regulations in all accounting functions Manage all accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Conduct Auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance with established controls and standards Execute Billing Functions accurately to maintain financial stability Comfortably adapt to a fast-paced work environment.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry. Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems for various accounting tasks. Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required. Familiarity with Concur software for expense management. Ability to generate and interpret Crystal Reports. Knowledge of Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) regulations. Capable of performing all Accounting Functions effectively and efficiently. Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Proven skills in Auditing, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial operations. Ability to manage Billing Functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
