Inventory Specialist 3rdShift The overall purpose of this position is to ensure accurate inventory of product throughout the Fresh Flower Operations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position working Monday through Friday, 12:00 am to finish. Additional days/hours or adjustment to daily start time may change due to holiday or additional workload. This position will report directly to the Inventory Manager. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Utilize RF Scanners throughout Inventory process.

Product Aging scan all items, run and send Age and Replenishment reports daily.

Perform daily Manual Counts / Stock Adjustments.

Ensure timely responses to all purchasing and sales emails relating to inventory inquiries.

Perform thorough rotation inspections in all coolers, correcting and reporting any rotation issues or inventory discrepancies to management.

Continuously work with Inventory team to find ways to reduce inventory discrepancies and shrink.

Other duties as assigned/required by Management.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a warehouse and cooler environment (34 degrees). The employee will utilize basic warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, box cutters, hand jacks and some power equipment.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and read. This position is very active and requires standing for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. The employee must frequently lift/and or move items up to 50 pounds. The employee will also wear and use a scanning device on their wrist. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

QualificationsRequirements:

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Apprise software, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook

Possess specific knowledge of product lines.

Exhibits ability to interpret and explain inventory reports.

Exhibits ability to think creatively in order to devise best inventory control practices.

Possesses strong organizational skills and has attention to detail.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, which requires managing within deadlines

Demonstrated ability to adapt to change in a positive manner

Picking or warehouse experience with automated or manual processes, including RF Scanners.

WAVE certified.
