The Oncology Clinical Segment Marketing Director will be the marketing lead for the Oncology Clinical Solutions team. This individual will develop marketing insights and strategic marketing plans to fulfill Clinical Solutions priorities; drive execution through collaboration with B2B Marketing teams; and liaise with Commercial sales leaders, product leaders, and medical/pathology teams. The Director will also be a people leader of the Oncology marketing team.Lead the team that is responsible for the strategy, execution, and delivery of Oncology marketing.Liaise with Oncology Commercial sales leadership and Clinical Solutions General Manager, including 1:1 direct liaison with VP, collaboration with Executive Sales leaders, and interaction with 50+ sales representatives.Identify customer and market insights for Clinical Solutions team.Track market trends and derive competitive strategy and product differentiation.Develop strategy, prioritization, and budget allocation at a customer channel and segment level.Drive a variety of organic and paid acquisition strategies, including but not limited to content creation, product launch campaigns, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, and campaign performance analysis.Build relationships and partner with internal (cross-functional colleagues, peers) and external (key industry players, agencies, and vendors) stakeholders.Inform product training.Partner with B2B (Health Systems, PCP, Health Plans) Marketing teams to develop and deploy Oncology marketing plans for respective call points.Responsible for the promotion of multiple Oncology brands (Quest Diagnostics Oncology, DermPath, AmeriPath, Medfusion).Serve as the marketing lead for the Haystack acquisition integration, including leadership role on the Marketing/Brand, Commercial, and overall integration workstreams.Bachelor's Degree, Business degree preferred.5+ years healthcare industry experience preferred; Minimum 10+ years success in a marketing role.10+ years of Oncology experience.Direct people leadership experience.Team oriented - ability to lead diverse, cross functional teams and in a matrix environment.Excellent project leadership skills to ensure execution.Superior communication skills including ability to deliver formal business presentations to executive leadership.Initiative - ability to independently problem solve and find resolutions.Superior strategic thinking and analytical skills to synthesize market/customer insights into prioritized marketing opportunities; Strong capabilities in analyzing data to demonstrate quantifiable opportunities or results.Superior marketing capabilities to design marketing strategies.Quest Diagnostics is an equal employment opportunity employer.
