Benefits Administrator

Description Retail company is seeking a contract Benefits Administrator for approximately 3 to 6 months. As a Benefits Administrator, your focus will be the administration, coordination and communication of employee benefit programs for USA and Canada including Puerto Rico. Responsibilities: Oversee day to day operations of benefit programs including health, dental, vision, retirement and other voluntary benefits Process Leave of Absence (LOA) requests Handle benefits inquiries and resolve any issues that arise Process benefits invoices in a timely and accurate manner Provide support for basic benefits-related questions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of benefits and LOA processes Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to company standards and guidelines.Requirements Proven experience in Benefits role or similar HR position Strong knowledge of benefits administration and coordination Experience in administrative assistance tasks such as scheduling, office management, and record keeping Proficient in leave of absence management and regulations Ability to process invoices and maintain financial records accurately Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities Proficient in using HR software and tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Demonstrated understanding of labor laws and employment equity regulations.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
