ERP Business Systems Operations Analyst

Description A multi-billion dollar financial services company located near Sayreville, NJ, is looking to add an ERP Business Systems Operations Analyst to their team. This is a hybrid opportunity.

Collaboration with department heads and IT staff is crucial to determine system requirements and to guide users on system best practices.

Power BI reporting and creating dashboards templates for users.

Create and maintain user manuals and provide user training.

General ledger – provide best use of dimensions, financial tags, Alternative Chart of Accounts, and Reporting.

Administrator and implement Microsoft Dynamics D365 F& O ERP platform.

Administrator to current Microsoft Dynamics SL 2018 accounting.

SharePoint storage management.

Ensure the flow of invoices flow through the automated accounts payable process seamlessly.

Able to debug and correct issues throughout the ERP platform.

Access and security management.

Assist in the migration of data between systems, verify and test for any discrepancies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F& O ERP platform implementation and Administrator experience, or similar experience with same class of ERP. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting with concentration in accounting information’s systems strongly preferred. Direct experience can compensate for educational requirements. Have some familiarity with US GAAP reporting requirements a plus, not required. Strong general ledger, accounts payable and consolidation workflow background required. Be project oriented with a goal to complete assignments on time. Have excellent Excel skills required (Pivot table, V-lookups, index-match and advance formulas). Are technologically savvy including SQL, Power BI, Power Query, SharePoint.
