Description Robert Half is looking for a Brand Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and drive growth, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Consumer Experience Excellence KPI Management:

Manage the delivery of priority Consumer Experience Excellence KPIs.

Derive insights from key metrics to inform marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, etc.

Identify key metrics across the funnel and deliver actionable insights on marketing performance.

Continually monitor and analyze performance against traffic, engagement, and other tracked KPIs.

Implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth.

SEO and Ecommerce Marketing Programs:

Manage SEO and Ecommerce marketing programs.

Oversee copy updates, product page updates, and content uploads.

Set and track budget spend priorities and KPIs.

Measure overall results against plan and apply relevant beta tests.

Brand Content Development and Execution:

Work with agency partners and internal teams to develop and execute optimized brand content.

Ensure alignment with digital marketing campaigns.

Site Optimization and Growth Opportunities:

Support the creation and execution of content and optimizations for brand sites.

Improve site speed, accessibility, engagement, and organic search ranking (SEO).

Identify new optimization, personalization, and growth opportunities.

Business Planning:

Research and be a thought leader in best practices related to Digital Marketing.

Drive profitable growth through digital marketing and on-site conversion optimization.

Education and Reporting:

Stay updated on industry best practices and provide POV/white papers on recommended actions.

Create a playbook based on best practices and democratize capabilities across the organization.

Present findings to stakeholders to foster a culture of transparency and data-driven optimization.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, and brand management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.

Experience with SEO, SEM, and Ecommerce marketing programs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
