Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions and government agencies as well as consumers.Key Responsibilities Design and implement sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes. Provide insight to larger team on trends and errors and provide innovative business solutions. Review various processes including sales compensation planning, sales new hire onboarding & training, and our North America Sales Forecasting process. Research and analyze current processes and present formal recommendations for improvements. Perform trend analysis and present findings.Competencies and skills Rising Senior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field of study. Strong project management skills. Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow. Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
