Description Robert Half is currently seeking a PART TIME (9am-3pm) Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to support a local Robbinsville NJ company. As a PART TIME Human Resources (HR) Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our seasonal staffing operations. The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the HR department. This Human Resources (HR) Coordinator role involves assisting with various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR compliance. This role is located in Robbinsville, NJ, and requires working onsite Monday-Friday. This role is available as a long-term contract position. Requirements
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify staffing needs and create job postings.
Schedule interviews with candidates
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding sessions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Collaborate with client managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide timely solutions.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance
Assist in offboarding processes
