Job DescriptionAn employer is seeking a Service Desk Analyst in Northern New Jersey. This person will provide deskside support to end users in a hospital setting. This persons responsibilities include but are not limited to printer connectivity issues, network related issues (VLAN), EMR/EHR related issues, security related issues using Imprivata and McAfee Encryption, office 365, iPhone/iPad support, outlook, etc. This individual must have excellent phone presence, customer service skills and the ability to deal with difficult end users. This person will need to be able to multitask and the ability to close tickets/resolve issues quickly. Any issues that cannot be handled via phone support will be escalated to the field technicians to provide desk side services. This person must be flexible with schedule and be open to covering shifts when needed.
