Job DescriptionPHARMACY SEEKS ADS BILLER AND PHARMACY TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR TEAM! Under general supervision of the QA Manager and/or ADS Supervisor, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast, professional and accurate communication. RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle ADS billing for all locations

Manage ADS databases

Perform patient reconciliation

Manually create U/D composite Rx’s

Perform monthly Medispense billing

Identify and correct errors from FWHL7

Build and manage on site stores (cubex, ekit, back-up, & IV boxes)

Handle all ADS related issues

Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA

Perform Data Entry/Billing and follow up for ADS department

Regular audits of Cubex machines and e-kits to ensure OSS accurately reflect both quantity and NDCs.

Regular audits for meds billed vs meds taken to ensure billing interface is working properly

Quantity conversions, proper qtys according to package types, and other numbers based projects.

Run top meds dispensed to facility and inventory not moving to compare to ekits and cubex to ensure they meet the needs of individual facilities

Perform other duties assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in pharmacy automation (Cubex, Pyxis, Omnicell) preferred

Knowledge of Data Entry experience is a plus

NJS Pharmacy Technician Registration Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous pharmacy experience required (one-year experience in long-term care preferred)

Ability to work independently

Good organizational skills and detail oriented

Basic math and analytical skills
