Genuent is hiring a UAT Validation Analyst for our banking client located in AZ (Remote PDT hours). Qualified candidates should apply directly or send their resume (Word Format) to Haylie Neer at UAT Validation Analyst - Long Term Contract - W2 Only - Remote (ESTHours)Works with various teams to coordinate and manage UAT validation for Data migration initiative for AML platform project. Prepare project deliverables such as:
- Test plan, Test Cases, WBS.
- Produce status reports, identify Risks/issues, Assist in planning, managing and executing UAT plan.
- Work with Technical and Business stakeholders to drive business initiatives Document and Execute test cases and test results.
- Document defects with detailed descriptions and supporting information. Run defect triage meetings; assist in root cause analysis of defects.
- Validate data from source system to target system to ensure data quality is maintained.
- Knowledge and experience working with large scale AML, Data-warehouse and payment system upgrade projects, understanding of BSA/AML principles, databases, SWIFT MT/MX payment messages and underlying bank product data required (Wires, ACH, Checks, Credit cards).
- Strong knowledge of testing principles and techniques. 5+ years of experience in creating and executing test cases for complex business applications centered around Payment system upgrades, AML case manager, Data validation and Data migration.
- Experience with Financial Crimes Compliance / AML solution (Actimize, SAS, etc.) required. Strong analytical skills required to understand system flows, business rules and analyze complex business data.
- Proven experience in carrying out responsibilities listed above. Experience with HP Quality Center/ALM (Test plan, test lab, Defects and reporting).
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
