We deliver outstanding digital experiences for our employees, business partners, suppliers, customers, and patients.Position Summary:We are seeking a strong IT Manager who can combine Information Technology (IT) expertise with knowledge of the Health Care Compliance environment, lead Global business partner expectations, resolve conflicts between requirements and budgets, through correct prioritization in alignment with IT global strategy, standards and processes.Candidate preferably be familiar with Health Care Compliance enterprise business, IT end to end accountability, ensuring Health Care Compliance functions priorities are properly addressed by regional, global and enterprise teams.This position is in Global Technology Operations & Risk Technology and has responsibilities to support Globally the Health Care Compliance organization, reporting into the HCC Product Group Lead.Key Responsibilities:This Technical product owner Own vision and prioritization of new features and/or enhancements to a product / platform within Health Care Compliance and help translate business needs into prioritized user stories; accountable for value delivery and value realization at the squad level.

Shape the squad vision / roadmap and steer the squad in delivering products / platforms features / work oriented around business impact.

Shape and prioritize backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria.

Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories and features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency.

Act as the “voice of the customer” within the squad to ensure the squad “builds the right thing”.

Plan resourcing for the squad (i.e. new role, change in role), create ASOE requests, interview, select and onboard members to join the squad.

Accountable for shaping and hitting squad (Objectives and Key Results)

Work closely with Product/Platform Manager to establish the products’ business value and support messaging, comms and customer outreach as necessary.

Ensure the products / features / work meets relevant security, privacy & compliance standards.

Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Drive engagement with third parties to support delivery of squad objectives.

Drive selection of solution options, work with the Lead Engineer to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing.

Facilitate release planning, sprint planning and demos with customers.

Interact with other Squads within the Product / Platform as part of synchronization ceremonies to implement cross-squad tasks.

Drive reporting and analytics to provide visibility on squad performance and monitor sprint metrics and user results.

Work with Lead Engineer to balance tech debt with feature delivery.

Collaborate to ensure all partners are clear on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies and timelines.

Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; leads and optimizes the flow of value using various tools and reporting cadences.

QualificationsEducation:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required preferably in computer science, engineering, science or business administration.

Experience and Skills:

A minimum of 7 years of related IT experience is required.

Must have knowledge of industry and business process trends related to Product Lifecycle Management and respective capabilities is preferred.

Experience with Agile System Development methodologies, including use of Agile tools like JIRA.

Applies domain expertise to solve business problems, identify risks and propose mitigations.

Process Design / Business Requirement Analysis skills.

The ability to quickly learn Health Care Compliance business and complex processes involved is required.

The ability to understand and work across multiple business domains in support of projects is required.

Willing to roll up their sleeves, work and learn beyond their comfort zone.

Must have experience in developing and executing on change and adoption plans.

Project Management experience is preferred.

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
