Job Title: Electrical Engineer Location: Rancocas NJ Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Salary: Negotiable Start: Immediate Overview: Electrical Engineer for a manufacturing company specializing in vacuum and controlled atmosphere furnaces serving the specialty metals industry. The Electrical Engineer will work with an Electrical Project Engineer within the Electrical Engineering Group to design power generation and control systems for industrial melting furnaces. The successful candidate will understand electrical systems. Responsibilities:
Support the design of control systems
Support the designs of PLC control system software code.
Support the design of equipment for production and utilization of electric power
Support the designs and specifications for power supply and transmission parts and integrate components into a final system design in CAD
Support testing, troubleshooting, and supporting power supplies and electrical control equipment
Travel to site for system startup / troubleshooting as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
BS. in Electrical Engineering
1-2 years of Industrial equipment design experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks Electrical
Technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
