Description We are seeking an HR Coordinator to be based near Ramsey, New Jersey. The role involves overseeing the overall recruiting process, engaging with potential candidates, and managing the onboarding process. This long-term contract/contract-to-hire employment opportunity will require a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.Responsibilities: Manage the overall recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to scheduling pre-screen interviews. Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process. Conduct pre-screen interviews to assess the qualifications and experience of candidates. Utilize databases and social media platforms to attract a diverse range of candidates. Draft and send offer letters to successful candidates. Post job advertisements online, ensuring they are engaging and accurately represent the role. Conduct background checks on potential candidates, ensuring all processes adhere to employment laws and regulations. Handle the onboarding process for new hires, including facilitating new hire orientations. Maintain timely communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status. Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and procedures.Requirements Comprehensive knowledge and experience in recruiting processes and strategies Proven ability to write and manage job postings effectively Experience in conducting prescreening interviews and assessments Familiarity with drafting and issuing offer letters to selected candidates Strong background in coordinating and executing onboarding processes Experience in organizing and conducting new hire orientations Demonstrated ability to handle confidential HR-related information with discretion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments Proficient in using HR management software and tools.
