Our client, one of the Largest multinational Company in the US is looking for a Project Coordinator- IT in Rahway, NJ 07065 location.Job Title: Project Coordinator- ITLocation: Rahway, NJ 07065Duration: 23+ months.Job Description:The IT Project Coordinator is a role within a global medical and scientific affairs organization that reports directly to the Process & Systems Steward / Program Lead.The Project Coordinator performs in these areas:
System Administration:Partnering with Process & System Steward / Program Lead to support system configurations that enable business processes, and contribute to business/system requirements development and user acceptance testing and communications to stakeholders regarding system updates/upgrades;
System Support: Providing operational support for systems such as license provisioning process and access management;
Data Quality: Monitoring and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data that is essential for effective decision-making and business operations across multiple organizations
System & Process Execution: Contributing to the development of training materials and execution resources and conducting process and system training where needed
Enhancement Identification: Proposing process and system improvements based on user feedback and analysis of issues.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare + 5 years of relevant experience (e.g., process and systems, system administration, data quality, project coordination, operations)
Exceptionally interpersonal communication (written/oral) and presentation skills as well as clear and effective verbal and written communication, including to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in managing system access across global stakeholders
Strong personal integrity and high ethical standards
Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing, ambiguous environment
Detail-oriented nature
Experience as a member in cross-functional, global initiatives in a complex matrix
Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills with ability to apply practical solutions to complex issues
Ability to work independently while escalating risks and issues as appropriate
Experience working within regulations and compliance requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
