Job Description Work with the executive chef and kitchen team to prepare, cook, and serve high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations.Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of food. Uphold the highest hygiene standards in line with Health & Safety regulations. Manage food costs effectively through proper preparation, service, and storage techniques. Lead and train staff, ensuring they are motivated and working efficiently. Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and ordering. Oversee stock rotation and ensure minimal food wastage. Provide training for chefs and apprentices to assist in the development of all team members.Assist the executive chef in creating staff rosters and manage other administrative duties as needed.Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and cleaned regularly.Salary $70,000 - $80,000
