Role : Veeva CRM Business Analyst Location : Princeton, NJ Duration : 6 Months CTH In this role you have to engage with various groups within the firm to deliver their business requirements while ensuring that these and the delivery align to the various strategic initiatives currently underway. In addition to driving business requirements there are also a number of other initiatives linked to this project that will need to be undertaken. Responsibilities!
- Ability to appreciate the data interactions and integrations across Commercial IT systems viz. Veeva CRM, MDM, Data Warehouse, Territory & Customer alignment etc.
- Capture business requirements for existing and new dashboards to supervise new launches and existing products and other relevant KPIs through the use of technology and digital solutions
- Perform sales operations functions including territory alignments, coverage, quota setting
- Ensure sales processes are working efficiently
- Ensure customer data management and data change requests are working efficiently and accurately
- Liaison/engage with vendor partners supporting CRM, Dashboards, Customer Mastering/Data Management/Data Stewardship, Call Center, CSO, etc
- Bachelor's Degree educated or equivalent
- Experience in IT business analysis, project management roles
- Experience in Commercial IT systems in Life Sciences
- Working experience with Veeva CRM
- Must have work on 2 - 3 end to end project implementations as a BA/PM in a customer facing role
- Working experience with requirements documentation, fit-gap analysis, traceability matrix, project plan preparation and driving business workshops
- Knowledge of Medical Affairs (highly preferred)
