- Expertise on TrackWise system (Trackwise 8 or Digital), WebServices, Upgrades and integrations. (5-7 years of relevant experience)
- Design and Implement TrackWise System(s) Enhancements, Configure workflows to meet requirements along with responding to queries by system users concerning system performance, system integration points and workflows.
- Monitor system use for conformance with policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of QualityView Reporting, TrackWise Coordinator, TrackWise Migrator Recommend and execute process improvements and value additions to improve user experience.
- Mentor L3 support personnel in troubleshooting challenges and issues within stringent SLAs.
- Implement configuration changes, Perform technical tasks, software installations, environment refreshes, backups, performance measurement for TrackWise application.
- Create/modify crystal reports based on business needs.
- Understanding of Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
- Document application changes and configuration in appropriate change control and change management systems.
- Proactively identifying issues and coming up with resolutions to improve application availability and reduce outages.
- Sparta Certification or equivalent (Good to have).
- Experience with ITIL philosophy and SDLC methodologies.
- Prior experience of working in a large scale support and maintenance environment.
- Excellent and matured communication skills required at client side and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Clinical, Pharma & Regulatory compliance domain would be a plus point.
