Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Systems Administrator in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance sector. This role is based in Princeton, New Jersey, United States. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation, security, and scalability of our IT systems and networking infrastructure. You will be expected to manage both on-premise and cloud-based systems, monitor performance, and provide troubleshooting expertise.Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain servers, storage, and virtual environments, including VMware and Hyper-V. Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Execute system updates, patches, and backups to ensure optimal performance and security. Proactively monitor network and system performance, addressing issues to minimize downtime. Work closely with other teams on infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, system migrations, and disaster recovery planning. Utilize Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, Dell, Firewall, and other technologies in day-to-day tasks. Apply knowledge of AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Cluster Analysis, and Computer Hardware in carrying out responsibilities. Ensure the efficient operation and security of Windows and Linux server environments. Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements Proven experience as a Systems Administrator in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, Dell, and Firewall technologies. Proficient in AB Testing techniques and strategies. Must have expertise in managing Active Directory. Familiarity with Backup Technologies is a must. Experience in Cluster Analysis is desired. Proficient in handling and troubleshooting Computer Hardware. Ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is required. Relevant professional certifications will be a plus.
