- Should have experience in designing and building innovative search technologies in a Google Cloud Platform environment
- Should have some e-commerce experience.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field required
- Minimum of 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience designing, architecting, and developing software solutions using Java
- Desired: Experience with Spring framework, Spring Boot, etc.
- Desired: Hand-on experience in working with one of the following: Apache Solr, Lucidworks Fusion, Elasticsearch
- Desired: Hands-on experience with scripting: Python
- Desired: Bash shell scripting [on Linux]
- Desired: Hands-on experience developing on a Cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform [Preferred], AWS, Azure)
- Strong understanding of [REST] APIs design and development
- Advanced problem-solving, technical domain, and analytical skills
- Ability to create effective & simple technical designs and estimate the work to be performed.
- Required: Hands-on experience in development using Google Cloud Products (Google Cloud Platform). Particularly using these tools:
- Kubernetes Engine
- Cloud Run
- Big Query
- Pub/Sub
- Desired: Hands-on experience in developing ETL jobs using Apache Beam or Spark for Batch and Streaming data.
