Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst in Central, New Jersey. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be central to our ongoing operations, working closely with our development, product, and business teams. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our automated test scripts, as well as ensuring our quality standards are consistently met.Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using cutting-edge automation tools and frameworks. Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing with the help of automation tools. Analyze test results thoroughly, troubleshoot any issues, and report defects in a clear and effective manner. Implement and uphold best practices in test automation, continuously improving our testing strategies. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Maintain comprehensive test documentation and provide clear, concise reports on test coverage and defect management. Use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve our quality assurance processes. Leverage your excellent communication and collaboration abilities to foster a productive, positive work environment. Provide exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and maintaining accurate customer credit records.Requirements Proficient in Android Development, with a strong understanding of mobile application testing Experience with Atlassian Jira for tracking and managing project tasks Proven ability in bug tracking, identifying, and resolving software defects Expertise in Integration Testing, ensuring seamless software integration Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration and automation Skilled in AB Testing, conducting comparative studies of different versions of software Agile Scrum certified or extensive knowledge in Agile Scrum methodology Auditing skills, with the ability to review system processes and operations Prior experience in a Call Center Customer Service role is desirable Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
