Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant, situated in Princeton, New Jersey, 08540, United States. The role involves overseeing all administrative and clerical duties to ensure our daily office operations run smoothly. Responsibilities: Oversee the administrative and clerical operations to ensure efficiency and smooth running of office activities Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly Perform various clerical duties including maintaining accurate records and processing applications Utilize strong communication skills to interface with various departments, providing necessary assistance and information Carry out receptionist duties, including greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries, and handling requests or issues Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account activity Maintain a high level of organization to ensure accurate customer credit records are kept Process customer credit applications accurately and in a timely manner. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role, such as Office Assistant or Receptionist. Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing a multi-line phone system. Strong skills in performing various clerical duties including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with receptionist duties, like greeting and assisting visitors. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Comfortable using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. detail oriented appearance and courteous manner.
