Adecco is assisting our client, in recruiting for a Meeting Scheduler in Princeton NJ. This opportunity is a permanent role within the Pharmaceutical industry. This role starts off at 28.00-31.00 hourly.Here's a preview of what you'll be working on as a Meeting Scheduler:

Coordinating reservations of conference rooms from high level admins.

Providing key leaders with metrics and reporting.

Track and analyze room usage within site.

Provide proactive solutions for any bottlenecks that may occur in reservation system.

Serving as backup to receptionist as required.

Perform light facilities role when needed, i.e Conference room set ups, snack layout, assisting with events, etc.

Assist with post-meeting reporting and evaluation to determine the effectiveness of events and identify areas for improvement.

Performing other duties as required.

Associates degree or higher.

2-3 years of related experience.

Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Ppt)

Strong customer service skills and professionalism is a must.

Must be able to interact with clients regularly, including executive level.

Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have advanced experience in MS Outlook calendar.

2+ years' experience scheduling meetings in MS Outlook.

Previous calendar management experience

Composure, customer service, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
