Description We are looking for a Master Scheduler II to join our team in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will be entrusted with the planning, tracking, and analysis of various projects, as well as reporting on them. You will also be responsible for implementing scheduling policies and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and/or Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs).Responsibilities: Implement and maintain scheduling policies and procedures to support the progression of projects Manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and/or Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs) Maintain a cost/schedule baseline and implement Earned Value methodologies Prepare and present written and verbal reports to management concerning cost/schedule variances Forecast schedule status and conduct critical path analysis Conduct cost and schedule variance analysis Support baseline change request management and implementation Prepare schedule deliverables Interface with Program and Project Managers, Contracts, Senior Technical Personnel, and financial analysts Participate in new business proposals by providing IMS and/or RLN support and management input. Requirements Proficiency in Reporting, able to accurately compile and present data Experience in Training, capable of educating others on procedures and policies Strong skills in Planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively Familiarity with Procedures, demonstrating understanding of standardized processes Knowledge of relevant Policy, ensuring all actions comply with company rules and regulations Expertise in Scheduling, coordinating tasks and resources for optimal productivity Proficiency in the use of 'About Time' software, or similar time management tools Background in Finance, with the ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial analyses Experience in Implementation, successfully putting plans and projects into action Understanding of Networks, able to maintain and optimize connectivity Skills in Forecasting, predicting future trends or needs based on current data Willingness to Travel, both domestically and internationally Able to Answer inquiries promptly and professionally Knowledge of HIPAA-Regulated environments and compliance requirements Experience with Variance Analysis, identifying and explaining discrepancies in data Familiarity with various Methodologies, able to adapt to different project management styles Ability to produce clear and concise Deliverables, meeting project goals efficiently Proficiency in Go programming language or similar Willingness for International Travel, as required by the company Experience with Credit Approvals, understanding of financial assessments Expertise in Project Scheduling, managing timelines and milestones effectively Knowledge of IMS DB database management system Understanding of Critical Path methods in project management Familiarity with Network Information Service (NIS), able to manage and troubleshoot as needed.
