Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Call Center Specialist based in Princeton, New Jersey. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage customer interactions in a fast-paced call center environment. Responsibilities: Efficiently answer inbound calls from customers, providing them with accurate and timely responses Act as the first point of contact in assisting customers with their inquiries and complaints Schedule appointments as required, ensuring a smooth process for the customer Maintain a high level of detail orientation while handling both inbound and outbound calls Troubleshoot problems with our products and services, providing effective solutions Collaborate closely with team members to deliver outstanding service to customers In a fast-paced call center, ensure all customer interactions are managed efficiently Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring all details are up-to-date and accurate.Requirements Demonstrated experience in handling inbound calls, showcasing a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach. Capability to support customers by comprehending their needs and offering appropriate solutions. Prior experience in a customer service role in a call center within the healthcare industry. Comfortable working in a high-energy call center environment, maintaining calm and efficiency under pressure. Familiarity with the operations of an inbound call center, showcasing the ability to manage high call volumes.
