Business Systems Analyst

Description We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst in the non-profit industry, located in Princeton, New Jersey. The role involves a strong focus on Vulnerability Response, Information Risk Management (IRM), and Security Operations (SecOps) within the ServiceNow platform. As part of the team, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, managing security-related processes effectively.Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders and security experts to document requirements in Vulnerability Response, IRM, and SecOps Analyze existing security processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and enhancement Closely work with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and security professionals to translate business needs into effective technical solutions Create comprehensive documentation of business requirements, process workflows, and technical specifications for security-related ServiceNow enhancements Conduct thorough testing and validation of security-related ServiceNow configurations and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements and security standards Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on security-related ServiceNow features and functionalities Stay updated with ServiceNow Security best practices and trends, and recommend improvements to enhance the organization's security posture Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Business systems, Confluence, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Requirement Document, Design, and Diagram to fulfill job duties and responsibilities effectivelyThis role offers an exciting opportunity for those who are proficient in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization in the context of security and have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Requirements Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence is required Must have experience in Business Systems Analysis within the Non-Profit industry Familiarity with EO/IR systems is necessary Database design and management skills are required Must have experience with AB Testing Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is necessary Must be able to create and maintain Business Requirement Documents Proficiency in design and diagramming skills is required Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary Must have problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in project management is a plus Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field is required Must have excellent attention to detail Experience with non-profit business systems is a plus.
