Our goal is to remain at the forefront of assessment and measurement efficacy within the education and ed tech space as it continues to grow and evolve.Summary: The Business Development Representative will support the go-to-market plans of MTC and Skills for the Future by leading the upper-end of the sales funnel by being the first contact to inbound inquiries, providing the sales team with customer insights, progressing/qualifying potential customers by various means (including customer facing conversations), and transitioning qualified leads to the Head of Sales. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring their operational responsibilities run smoothly and align with our business objectives. This role demands a strong logistical proficiency, some Salesforce experience, and high levels of dependability and efficacy in direct customer sales.Responsibilities: Sales Support - Provide direct support to the sales team by responding to inbound inquiries and moving the contacts into qualified leads. Ensure that all administrativeand communication aspects are handled in a highly interpersonally/effective way. Sales Strategy Execution - Assist in the execution of sales strategies. Provide feedback on where the sales cycle needs improvement CRM Management - Maintain accurate records of all sales contacts, reporting systems, and sales databases in Salesforce. Provide regular reports to managementon sales metrics, opportunities, and threats. Process Improvement - Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Implementnew tools and technologies as needed. Training and Development - Document sales techniques, processes, and tools. Ensure that the entire sales team is knowledgeable about the latest sales practicesand problems. Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing, or a similar role within a sales-focused environment#LI-NK1#LI-REMOTEETS believes in a Total Rewards philosophy for our employees, and they include:
