About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):12The Team:The Associate Director will be responsible for managing two global teams, ensuring the successful development and delivery of web application solutions. This role involves key stakeholder management with Business Owners to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans for the development of the end product. You will guide and mentor team members across different regions, ensuring smooth collaboration, project execution, and the delivery of high-quality web applications align with strategic business goals.Responsibilities and Impact:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Developer to lead our global development team. The Application developer manages 2+ teams, working with lead on global team and drive the strategy development and deliver high quality product and technology initiatives.Bringing expertise in modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React JS), backend development using RESTful services, and proficiency in relational databases such as Oracle and Postgres will be an asset to this role. Additionally, there are unique opportunities to lead and collaborate with a global team, delivering innovative and high-quality software solutions.

Lead and manage a global development team to design, build, and deploy web applications.

Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular and React JS, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs for integrating with front-end and back-end systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Optimize application performance and scalability to handle large amounts of data and traffic.

Design, implement, and maintain database solutions using Oracle and Postgres.

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple layers of the application stack.

Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. Proven experience with front-end frameworks, particularly Angular and React JS.

Strong knowledge and experience in developing RESTful APIs.

Solid experience with relational databases such as Oracle and Postgres.

Expertise in full-stack development with an understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of managing global teams.

Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew , with the ability to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications

Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with front-end build tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Webpack).
