We currently have multiple opportunities available for casual, part time and full time Chefs to join our amazing and dedicated team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. Working in the bistro, pool bar, restaurant or conferencing, you will be joining a hard-working, professional and friendly Kitchen Team involved in the delivery of an outstanding product and service to our guests and expected to maintain strict quality and presentation standards.In return we offer great work life balance, great culture and discounts throughout the prpeorty and company wide! Key Responsibilities Include:Prepare and cook delicious meals Work alongside, direct and support kitchen team members ensuring excellence and consistency in the product delivered to customersAssist other Chefs with monitoring all food being served by the Kitchen is of a high quality & accurate portion sizeMaintain stock control through recording & monitoring wastage, accurate periodical stocktakes, effective ordering/receiving and storageInvestigate, explain & report on any financial or stock dataDevise new menu items in consultation with other Chefs
