Description We are offering a unique opportunity to join our team as an Internal Auditor. This role is based in Piscataway, New Jersey, and involves conducting thorough audits and identifying opportunities for improvement within our processes. Responsibilities: Carry out comprehensive lifecycle audits, from initiation to statistical sampling, testing, negotiating corrective actions, and report writing Conduct reviews of accounting processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy Manage relationships with volunteers to identify areas for continual improvement and ensure ongoing compliance and conformity to regulations and standards Identify inefficiencies in system and processes and provide suggestions for improvement Handle special projects and administrative responsibilities as required Manage Conflict of Interest reporting to ensure transparency and adherence to regulations. Skills: Proficiency in Internal Audit and Audit processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to establish rapport with employees at all levels Technologically savvy with strong computer skills.Requirements Must have a minimum of one year of experience in the field of Internal Audit. Possess a solid understanding of internal audit standards, policies, and procedures. Experience in conducting internal audits and reporting on findings. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other related software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret and analyze data to drive decision making. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate audit findings. Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. High ethical standards and professionalism, with an ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
