Finance Technician

Job Description: Process accounts payable transactions Prepare checks for signature and disbursement to vendors or employees for reimbursement Month end procedures Verify and record customers payments and transactions as related to accounts receivable Work closely with other areas to resolve AP issues Monthly assist controllers in performing journal entries Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming department mail Process and input entries Prepare various reconciliations - inventory reconciliation Develop working relationships with fellow employees (both within & outside of the dept) to resolve issues as they arise. Cross train with other accounting staff for department coverage and to provide assistance when necessary Assist with the creation, review, and maintenance of accounting department procedures Direct or help answer calls, questions, or problems for members, staff, and management Other duties as needed About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
