Our client, a global science based company, is seeking an Application Technician to join their team. As an Application Technician, you will be part of the R&D department supporting the Fragrance Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Job Title: Application TechnicianLocation: Piscataway, New JerseyPay: $29/hourKey Responsibilities:
Routine sampling of fragrances into personal care, air care, and household products
Conduct stability testing, including pH and viscosity measurements, and evaluate physical changes
Prepare samples for testing under various conditions and monitor progress at key checkpoints
Maintain accurate lab notebooks and daily sampling logs
Collaborate with the fragrance development team to support ongoing product evaluations
Requirements :
Background in fragrances or laboratory procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with sampling, stability testing, and product evaluation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
