We boldly go.SUMMARYThe Greater Northeast is hiring an Intelligent Service Regional Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of new/renewed Intelligent Services (IS) Contracts, including the scheduling and review of contract performance, submission of new/renewal requests for Digital offers sold as part of IS contracts. We are looking for a team member that will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers as our team executes IS tasks throughout the year.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Communicates effectively with other team members
Works with the Remote Support Specialist (RSS) and Account Engineers (AE) to coordinate the schedules of our Intelligent Service team members
Attend various team meetings to help assure we are successfully fulfilling our contractual obligations
Submits Intelligent Service request forms for processing
Inputs contract/project info into Trello (or similar digital platform) for scheduling and tracking
Sets-up service agreements in system application based on transition documents
Responsible for communicating directly with internal and external customers regarding scheduling, updates, and follow-up
Confirms the accuracy of the information entered in the Trane business systems (customer information, PO, call type, profit center, OneNote, Sharepoint, etc.)
Coordinates service resources, dispatches, and assigns team members to project
Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
Maintains status of all active IS contract calls performed by the RSS/AE
Tracks all IS contracts for compliance

Exceptional customer service & communication skills – need to be extremely comfortable and effective on the phone and via email.

Qualifications:
Certificate/degree from college or technical school with three (3) years related experience and/or training; or minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.
