Job Description:
Performs hands-on training/coaching to teams in all aspects of Lean-Agile.Coaches lead roles and teams to embrace a Lean-Agile and learning mindset.Provides guidance about how to create and manage an intake process, healthy backlog, and how to facilitate valuable Agile ceremonies.Helps align teams to Enterprise Agile standards and practices, and coaches team members through change.Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within and across teams.Helps to identify and resolve organizational impediments that impact team maturity and performance.Provides feedback to management regarding the progress of Agile adoption within their teams.Helps form and sustain Agile Communities of Practice, and participates in the Agile Center of Excellence.Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Learn more about this roleVacancy caducado!
