Performs necessary prep work to complete meals on daily basis and for next day's production needs. Responsible for the organization and sanitation of work areas.QualificationsWork requires a High School diploma or equivalent and up to one year of basic technical training in food preparation and six to twelve months of previous work related experience, plus three months or less of on the job training and orientation.
