Medical Technician will perform all necessary laboratory testing in the detection, diagnosis, and prognosis of disease.
Follows written lab procedures for the correct handling and processing of specimens.
Utilize ortho vitros and sysmex Xm instruments for hematology and chemistry testing
Handle STAT samples of around 100 per shift
Follows protocols for acceptance/rejection of patient results.
Locating and transporting specimens as per company standards and protocols.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related life science.
