We are looking for an
Information Systems Analyst who has experience in system design working in a technical capacity and can follow a project through from start to completion. The right individual performs productively in a fast-paced work environment, works well independently, and possesses strong project management and analytical skills. This is a hybrid position 2 days in office; 3 days at home Job Description:- Deploy, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot core business software
- Identify and implement technical solutions in support of changing business needs
- Analyze identified issues and determine the best solution for the end user evaluating alternate workflow solutions when necessary
- Create and maintain user guides and process documentation
- Develop, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, design diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
- Coordinates development with programming and testing teams
- Identify, understand, and clear project blockers
- Validate results to ensure alignment with the design
- Ensure operation by training client personnel and providing support
- Communicate project statuses with team members to assure timely deliverables that exceed client expectations
- Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Bachelor’s degree, technical school certificate, or equivalent work experience
- 3 years’ experience with direct customer support in a technical setting
- Strong verbal and written professional/technical communication skills with the ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders as well as provide status and follow through issue completion for ongoing support resolution
- Demonstrated experience in assessing business and client needs translating them into designing elegant and efficient technical solutions
- Basic understanding of client/server, web based, and mobile applications, and SQL databases
- Digital photography experience is a plus
