Our goal is to offer affordable, accessible, and holistic-centered care that empowers individuals to reach their full potential and enhance their quality of life.Job Summary:You will conduct clinical, comprehensive assessments and provide individual, family, and group counseling services both in-person and via telemedicine.What You Will Do:
Conduct clinical, comprehensive assessments for assigned caseload.
Provide individual, family, and group counseling services in-person and via telemedicine.
Empower consumers through ongoing support and meetings.
Provide social and coping skills training.
Provide psycho-education to consumers, their families, and their support network.
Provide crisis intervention services and substance abuse treatment
Provide trauma-informed and phase-specific care.
Build and maintain relationships with family and other key support systems.
Collaborate with the treatment team and recovery support personnel to ensure care is coordinated.
Promote a culture of CSC and CIS care in Northern NJ.
What We Need to See:
Master's degree in Social Work or related field
Provisional/Professional Licensure to practice counseling/clinical social work (LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
1-2 years of clinical experience in the mental health field
Experience providing services to adults with opioid use disorders preferred
Must have the ability to respond to clients for crisis intervention.
A valid driver's license and you must be insurable by the agency's automobile insurance
