About the Role:
At Summerset, we place high value on providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents and visitors. To provide this we have implemented a new food strategy, to enhance the overall dining experience for our residents and visitors. Therefore, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant, who has a genuine interest in providing quality services, to join our Papamoa Village in a part-time capacity.This role is 6 shifts per fortnight working shifts 1500-1900 and 1100-1900 (32.5hrs per fortnight)Your responsibilities will include:Following the requirements of the Food Control Plan to ensure that all elements are completed as documentedCleaning of all kitchen surfaces including washing dishes and removing rubbish from the kitchenWorking with the chef to unload and put away stockSupporting the chef with food preparation
