Job Title: Windows Desktop Engineer Job Location: Remote Skills :
- Extensive knowledge of unified endpoint management, e.g., Kace LANDesk, SCCM, including implementation, maintenance, and administration. (Kace is a plus)Strong skills in software deployment, patch management, and incident response.
- Experience and comfort with training IT staff members.
- Ability to lead a team and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- An analytical thinker
- Solid understanding of industry standards and best practice
- Knowledge of ITSM tools, e.g., Service Now/Remedy
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- 3-5+ years' experience in a Desktop Engineering Role
- Avanti LAN desk OR Kace (preferred) Endpoint management o Implementations, system builds would be a bonus on top of the endpoint tools
- Healthcare/Hospital industry
- Certifications MCSE or similar
- Desktop builds, windows patching
