Manager s Notes:

- Experience with asset/inventory control/tracking electronic assets

- Project Management experience plus
- Create original Inventory reports for each location
- Compile results and format in Access for review
- Prepare updates to be imported into Service now
- Compare compiled info to original inventory
- Create Reconciliation Reports
- Follow up with EACH onsite contact from every office to get updates on progress
- Track all information received from onsite Reps- could be multiple spreadsheets
- Prepare outreach to users for assets not located on site
- Sort and track responses from users to compare to original inventory
- Compile final overview report
- Work with Asset Controllers or on-site reps to review Asset data for the site. Run reports as needed and reconcile to maintain the Data integrity of the location.
- Run and create report out of the Asset tracking systems as requested. Compare data and compile final reports.
- Liaison with internal Service Now team as needed to make changes to Asset Tracking systems to enhance the capabilities.
- Assist with large scale projects, perform batch imports and updates to the system, perform testing as needed.
- BA/BS degree, and/or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years experience in inventory environment, preferably IT environment.
- Experience with the Service Now asset Tracking system.
- Able to use standard desktop tools effectively (Microsoft
- Expert in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel and advanced functions
- Able to perform well in a team environment while also working independently.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to think analytically and resolve problems independently
