Sr. Financial Planning Analyst

Description National insurance company with deep roots in NJ seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to aid in their annual financial plan formulation and analysis. Great opportunity for a candidate with a degree in Accounting or Finance, with 5+ years of financial analysis experience, strong systems skills and prior experience in a $1bb + size organization, any insurance industry exposure a plus. Candidates for this role should have experience within corporate FPA as well as experience reporting on a specific business sector within the company, experience working with various business managers to explain results via reports as well as visually through tables/graphs. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics preferred.· Years of Experience: 5 – 7 Years· Highly proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel.· Prior experience with OLAP database software, Hyperion, PeopleSoft General Ledger, or Sharepoint highly desirable.· Must have the ability to work as part of a team and interact with operations personnel.· Document analysis/ information and procedures in a concise manner.· Communicate effectively in speech and written work.· Excellent financial analytical skills and problem-solving ability.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
