We are looking to Leadmen for our NY Building Envelope team. Our ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of prior construction experience and must have reliable transportation to travel to various concrete repair projects in the NY/NJ area. Candidates should also be experienced in accurately interpreting structural drawings. Our field technicians perform basic labor tasks in addition to performing some higher-level tasks under supervision such as mixing repair mortars and chemical grouts, cement finishing, forming and rebar placement. Applicants should have experience with a self-performing contractor (concrete, masonry, steel, building envelope/facade, waterproofing, mechanical, or industrial), general contractor, or specialty contractor. Must be team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude. Candidates must be safety-oriented in all situations and must posses a valid drivers license.
