Role PurposeThe Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative and personal support to the Senior Vice President, Music Business and Legal Affairs and broadly support the Music Business & Legal Affairs team with an emphasis in TV & Streaming. This position does not include any creative responsibilities with respect to consulting on music placement in productions.Job DutiesProvide complete administrative support for the team, including but not limited to the following areas:Assist with administrative tasks including, but not limited to: preparation of meeting materials, answering phones, filing, as well as photocopying and circulating correspondence and documentsSchedule meetings and appointmentsOwn cue sheet administration (e.g. training, creation, review, analysis, revision, submissions)Research music for all details pertinent to clearance and tracking, including publishing, labels, and PROsProcess expense reportsRed-line various agreements related to musicDraft correspondenceCreate and maintain detailed tracking, cost status reports and documentsMaintain and organize electronic and physical files; update systems (i.e.: DMS, ELF, SharePoint, etc.)Assist with music clearanceProcess payments, set up vendors and interact with the AP teamInteract positively with others, and maintain relationships both internally and externallyArrange travel and all accommodations, including creating comprehensive and detailed itineraries as neededPerform other related duties in support of the department, as requested by management
