Must have 2 years of experience in New Jersey.
-Patient Transport: Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities.
-Vehicle Safety: Operate company vehicle in a safe, responsible, and courteous manner, following all traffic laws and company protocols.
-Assistance: Provide basic assistance to passengers when entering and exiting the vehicle, including helping individuals with limited mobility or using mobility aids (e.g., walkers, wheelchairs).
-Timeliness: Maintain a punctual and reliable schedule, ensuring patients arrive on time for appointments and are picked up promptly afterward.
-Customer Service: Offer professional, respectful, and compassionate service to all patients, maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor.
-Documentation: Accurately complete trip logs, mileage reports, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
-Confidentiality: Respect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant privacy policies.
-Emergency Preparedness: Remain alert and respond appropriately in case of medical or vehicle emergencies, including contacting emergency services when necessary.
